ENH4004A-Y is 40x4 Character LCD display module which is built in with SPLC780D controller IC, STN positive, transflective, -20°C to +70°C, 6:00 viewing angle; its default interface is 8-bit parallel and 5V power supply option. This 40x4 LCD display ENH4004A-Y is available for yellow and green LED backlight.
